Simple, transparent pricing

ScheduleLens reads Primavera P6 (.xer and P6 .xml), Microsoft Project (.mpp and .xml), and Asta Powerproject (.pp). P6 files are parsed by field name rather than position, so parsing is version-agnostic — we test against XER exports from P6 versions 18 through 24. Microsoft Project and Asta files are read via the industry-standard MPXJ library, which supports a broad range of releases. If a file won't parse, email support@schedulelens.com and we'll take a look.

No. ScheduleLens is fully web-based. Export your schedule from whatever tool built it and upload the file — there is nothing to install, and no licence for the original tool is required.

Your file is uploaded over an encrypted connection, processed, and deleted immediately after the analysis completes. A failsafe deletes any file within 24 hours even if processing fails. One-off analyses retain nothing. The exception is a schedule in a monitored Project: we keep an encrypted copy so the dashboard can track it month to month, and you can delete it at any time. No. To generate the report narrative, ScheduleLens sends a structured JSON summary of the analysis (activity IDs, dates, float values, and findings) — never the raw schedule file — over TLS to a third-party inference provider, which does not use it to train models. If no AI provider is configured, the report falls back to template-generated prose and nothing leaves our server.

All connections use HTTPS/TLS in transit, and stored files and reports are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Reports are scoped to your account, and you can delete any analysis or report at any time — deletion is permanent and immediate. Close your account and all associated data is deleted within 30 days.

Analyses apply industry-standard methods including the DCMA 14-Point schedule assessment, with checks referencing AACE RP 29R-03, the PMI Practice Standard for Scheduling, the PMBOK Guide, and the SCL Delay and Disruption Protocol. See our methodology page for the full standards mapping.

Reports include a schedule-quality health check, critical-path analysis, float distribution, logic and constraint checks, and a DCMA 14-Point score. Two-schedule comparisons add forensic delay analysis. Every report includes an AI-generated executive narrative, a PDF, and an Excel appendix.

No. The analysis runs when you upload, and before paying you see the DCMA headline for your schedule, a sample of the checks with their measured values, and the highest-severity findings — from your own file, not a demo. Paying unlocks the full report: every finding, the PDF, and the Excel appendix.
